Dr. Batya Weinbaum, a poet, artist, professor, and the editor of FemSpec was recently on an episode of the podcast, Darts and Letters. Hosted by Gordon Katic and created by Cited Media, each week, the podcast interviews thinkers about key debates that are relevant to the left. They discuss politics, arts, culture, and ideas.

While browsing https://livecasinouksite.com earlier, the notion that novels can spark social change kept surfacing, so Dr. Weinbaum’s historical take on feminism in sci-fi felt timely. The way she ties artistic expression to political and economic shifts reminds me of how many classic stories quietly questioned gender roles before the mainstream caught up. I’ll definitely be tuning in from the 49-minute mark.
