Announcing the Femspec workshop series and call for workshops!

ree

Femspec is delighted to announce the launch of a workshop series! We have a few workshops available and currently enrolling, and we are also seeking more workshops to host as part of our series.

We have two workshops currently posted, one on painting the divine feminine and another on teaching YA dystopia. Details on current workshop offerings can be found here.

We would like to host scholars, authors, artists, and all community members who would like to promote and teach through our platform. We invite workshop topics that cover the range of speculative feminist thought, including lecture series on important authors or works, writing and art workshops, and educational series. All workshops are promoted to our mailing list and affiliated feminist and science fiction studies organizations. If you have a topic you would like to share with others, please contact us with your pitch! More details on our call for workshops can be found here.

Workshop attendees are not required to subscribe to Femspec. However, to host a workshop, you must be a subscriber.

We look forward to learning with you!
